PERSONNEL

All Cable Force staff are trained and accredited for the tasks they undertake. Key personnel have been involved in the industry for more than 15 years each and have been recruited through a Cable Force prequalification employment procedure. Employees are engaged because of their willingness to take on responsibilities and complete projects in a safe, timely and professional manner. 

Senior management are Degree qualified and or hold Diplomas in WHS and Project Management, while supervisors have undertaken Cert IV Civil Construction Supervision Certification and relevant industry training.  

All sub-contractors work within the framework of Cable Force policies and procedures and also undertake specific inductions so that compliance is satisfied.
